Hydraulic 3 Way Ball Valves

Hydraulic 3 Way Ball Valve

• A three-way ball valve contains three ports, or apertures, for the passage of gas or fluid flow (media), which are connected to pipes or tubing.
• Depending on the way the flow passes through the valve, these ports are typically referred to as one inlet and two outlet ports or one outlet and two inlet ports.

• In order to line the cut-out channels in the ball with the valve's inlets and outlets, a three-way ball valve is operated by rotating the handle, which rotates a ball inside the valve body. • An L-port valve's "L"-shaped cutout in the ball allows fluid to flow through 90 degrees from one port to another.
