Elbow Connectors

Elbows are a type of specialized hydraulic part that joins portions of straight pipe or tubing. To be more precise, pipe elbows are used to allow for direction changes between two lengths of pipe. These pneumatic parts could be socketed, threaded, or machined. There are various types of pipe elbows that can be utilized, depending on the application.

• The primary application for elbow fittings is in piping systems where tube connections must be placed at a 45- or 90-degree angle.
• Female pipe elbows :  These hydraulic parts join male NPT threads to fractional tubes.
• Male pipe elbows :  These pneumatic fittings join female tapered pipe threads to fractional tubes.
• Street pipe elbows :  these elbows have two threads on either end: an exterior thread at one end. Its purpose is to create an angle joint between a section of pipe and another pneumatic fitting.
