In existing system there are no sources for controlling human resources in a company and organizing work between employees effectively which is one of the draw backs on existing system. For any organization maintain employees details based on departments and skills and experience is important for shifting employees to new project.</li> <li>There was no availability to handle real type situations like recruitments process, checking out newly appointed candidates. The existing human resource management system was not able to give performance details of each working employees within the organizations, thus making decision on salary increment was not fruitful for the organization.</li>
